How to list your property?

Just a few simple steps — from your phone or computer:

1. Log into your account

On your phone:
Open the Meiman app and tap the profile icon at the bottom right

On your computer:
Go to meiman.kg and click the profile icon at the top right

2. Switch to Host Mode
In the profile menu, select “Host Mode” — this will open the property management panel.

3. Click the “+” button
You’ll see a “+” button on the screen — click it and select “Start” or “Continue.”

4. Enter property details

Specify:

• Type of property (house, cottage, yurt, apartment, etc.)

• Name, region, and exact address

• Photos — upload bright images of the property and its amenities

• Brief description — what makes your property special?

• Amenities (Wi-Fi, kitchen, sauna, meals, parking, etc.)

• Check-in and check-out rules

• Date you’re ready to start hosting

After publication, the listing will go through moderation and will appear on the platform shortly, becoming available for booking.
