Deleting your Meiman account

How to delete your account

In the app. Open the "Profile" section, tap the card with your name at the top of the screen, select "Delete account" at the bottom of the list and confirm the deletion. In some cases you will be asked to enter a confirmation code sent to your phone number.

If you no longer have access to the app. Send a request from the phone number or email address registered to your account:

We process such requests within 30 calendar days.

What is deleted

The information that identifies you is permanently removed from our database:

• first name and last name;

• phone number.

We also delete the device-to-account link used to deliver push notifications, and the pseudonymous visitor identifiers used for analytics.

What is retained and why

Information about your actions in the Service, payment transactions and bookings is retained in de-identified form — with no link to your identity. De-identified data is required for accounting and tax reporting and for Service statistics; it cannot be used to identify a user.
