For guests. If a booking is not confirmed, a payment does not go through, or you need to change the dates — message the host in the booking chat first. If there is no reply, call us: on weekdays we answer within the working day.
For property owners. You can list an apartment, house, guest house, yurt or hotel yourself, in the app or on the website. For questions about listings, the calendar or payouts, call us or write on WhatsApp.
For partners. Banks, tour operators and sub-agents — API and whitelabel integration. Write to partners@meiman.kg with "partnership" in the subject.
