A three-room apartment in the village of Bulan-Sogottu, in a resort area, with beach access. It is located directly opposite the Aurora Sanatorium — just a 2-3 minute walk away. The apartment has been recently renovated and is always clean and pleasant. Three rooms, a total area of 80 square meters, accommodating up to five adults and two children. Comfortable beds, as well as floor mattresses and warm toshoks — there's enough space even for a large family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking: a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom has a stable supply of hot water. Appliances include a TV and a washing machine. For guests' comfort, essential items, extra pillows and blankets, clothes storage space, mosquito nets, and blackout curtains are provided. Heating and Wi-Fi are available. There is free parking on site. A ping-pong table is provided for entertainment. Check-in is possible at any time by arrangement.
