If you smoke inside the apartment, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of noise rule violation, the first warning will be verbal, the second will result in eviction from the apartment without refund of payment and deposit. Before checking out, gather towels and bathrobes in one place (preferably on the bed). If the mattress, bed linen, towels, or bathrobes are stained - a fine will be applied depending on the extent of the stain. Maintain cleanliness and order; if the apartment is dirtier than normal, a fine will be applied depending on the extent of the dirt.
