One-bedroom apartment in Bakai Residential Complex

Any damage inside the apartment will be assessed at market value. Do not allow more guests than stated in the booking. Use of an additional set of bed linen costs 500 KGS. If smoking inside the apartment, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of noise rule violation, the first warning will be verbal, the second will result in eviction from the apartment without refund of payment and deposit. Before checking out, please gather towels and bathrobes in one place (preferably on the bed). If the mattress, bed linen, towels, or bathrobes are stained, a fine will be charged depending on the extent of the stain. Maintain cleanliness and order; if the apartment is dirtier than normal, a fine will be charged depending on the extent of the dirt.
