Welcome to our cozy Cottage #3 at Zeto Resort — right in the heart of Cholpon-Ata! The bus station and Presidential Park are nearby, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. This two-story cottage is very spacious, perfect for large groups or family holidays. It comfortably accommodates up to 20 people, and if needed, we can add extra mattresses — there's plenty of room for everyone! Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a private kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances, a large living room, a warm fireplace for cozy evenings, a refrigerator, a washing machine, stoves, kettles, a TV, and, of course, Wi-Fi. Each floor has bathrooms, and in the backyard, you'll find a green patio with a barbecue area where you can grill kebabs and enjoy pleasant evenings. For children, there's a playground, and for adults, billiards, cafes, and bars are available right on the resort grounds. Private, secure parking is provided, so you don't have to worry about your car. And if you're flying in, Tamchy Airport is only 35 km away — very close!
